Prices for Cappadocia professional photographers vary, but can range from 100-3000 Euros depending on the package.

The list of destinations depends on the package chosen by you. Common areas visited during a Cappadocia photoshoot include the balloon flight area, rose valley, love valley, and Pasabag open-air museum.

The exact pickup time will be communicated closer to the date since the Hot air balloons fly at sunrise, and the timing for this changes over the year.

We accept pre-payment through PayPal,Payooner and the remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the shoot.

At the time of booking, a deposit must be paid to have your reservation confirmed. If canceling within seven days prior to shooting, there will be no refund or free cancellations; canceling more than 7 days prior entitles you to a full refund.

Typically, it takes 3-5 days for us to deliver your photos through vCard in digital form after they have been processed, while videos may take up to 15 to 20 days. If customers bring their own USB drive, we are usually able to provide same-day transfer.

Cappadocia photo shoots may be conducted at all times of the year, rain or shine. The Photographer may, at his or her discretion, vary the photoshoot location in order to better capture your photos taking the weather into account. If you are unwilling to accommodate an alternate location or alternate time slot that was offered by your photographer due to the weather forecast, then the normal cancellation policy will apply. If the photographer has no alternate availability nor alternate shoot locations, and the weather poses too great of a risk then the photoshoot cost will be refunded to you minus 2.9% credit card processing fee and any transportation costs already paid for by the photographer (tickets, ferries, etc).

Are they hidden? Depends on what you want! 1. The photographer can be hidden and ready to capture the moment, paparazzi-style. Afterwards, the photographer will introduce themselves and you both can enjoy a fun engagement photoshoot to capture the post-engagement glow. You might re-create the proposal again just to make sure you get a variety of proposal moment shots.2. Another option is to book a normal photoshoot (you can say that a family member gifted you a shoot, or ask your SO if they would would want a local tour guide that takes photos) and then during the shoot propose and just the oportune moment in your chosen spot. This method usually results in the best photos.These photos will be perfect for your official engagement announcement, wedding website, save-the-date cards, and wedding invitations!   - Can the photographer get flowers, champagne, or displays? Usually. However, this depends on the photographer’s capacity to handle these details, and those extras will always incur an extra cost that is either paid to another provider or to the photographer direclty. Those extras are usually worth it! Ask your photographer if they are able to help with those details and what the extra cost would be.
